Small Parcels will be dispatched by Standard 1st Class Royal Mail(1-2 days)
Medium Parcels will be dispatched by MyHermes Courier.(3-5 days)
Large Parcels will be dispatched by MyHermes Courier. (3-5 days)

Orders in stock will be dispatched the next working day on receipt of Order.

Returns

Items refunded will be refunded via the secure Pay Pal server.
If an item is being returned for exchange of size, we will exchange for size required but a Re-send Mail charge will be charged.
Returned goods must comply with the following:-
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving order
Goods should be returned in original packaging, unworn and undamaged
Returns should be made via recorded delivery only
Due to personal hygiene, Teeth, Wigs, Facial Hair or Tights cannot be returned
